HERE'S HOW IT GOES — FROM IDEA TO FINISHED STEEL PROFILE:

CAD visualization – We develop a 3D model based on the customer's functional and shape requirements, complete with accompanying documentation.
Product Drawings – Detailed drawings are created to ensure precision in every step.
Tool construction – Roll forming tools, cutting and punching tools are designed for the project.
FEA simulation – Advanced simulation tests and optimizes the operation of the tools before manufacturing.
Tool manufacturing – The finished roll forming, cutting and punching tools are produced.
Test Center – Here, the first outcome tests are carried out for control and verification.
Full-cycle testing – Production stability is optimized under realistic conditions.
Approval – When all requirements are met, the profile is ready for serial production.

FEA-SIMULATION AND OPTIMIZATION

In new projects, we work with FEA simulation after our 3D CAD modulations. This allows our designers to quickly and realistically check the process stability of tools that are still only available as computer models. In this way, we create the right conditions for an optimal roll forming process — even before the first tool is manufactured.
